No two patients are treated alike in our office. Our patient-focused treatment uses the expertise of all the practitioners in our office.
The purpose of your first appointment is for us to conduct a thorough medical, orthopedic, and neurologic examination to understand your health history. This will help diagnose your particular condition. If necessary, additional testing may be required. After careful correlation of all test results collected, we will determine if you are a candidate for care in our office, and we will discuss your plan for treatment.
To help us get started, please download and complete the New Patient paperwork. Our having this information will reduce your time in the office for your first appointment. Be as thorough as possible, including all medical and health conditions. If you have copies of any of your medical records, please bring them so we are able to better serve you.
